All products are sourced from sustainable local plantations. We describe each product's composition, burn characteristics, and intended use on the relevant product page so you can make an informed choice.
When you place an order, you receive an acknowledgement email. This is not acceptance of your order. We accept the order when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order if stock is unavailable, if payment is not authorised, or if we suspect a breach of these terms. In such cases we will notify you and refund any amount already paid.
You agree to provide accurate contact and delivery information. You are responsible for using the products safely and in accordance with the instructions on the packaging. Braai briquettes, fire starters, and smoking wood are intended for outdoor cooking and must be kept away from children and flammable materials. You must ensure that your use complies with local fire safety regulations.
To the extent permitted by law, Les Briquettes is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products, including damage to property or injury caused by improper handling. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
